Using FarClose
FarClose provides private relationship tools for consenting users. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, keeping your account secure, and using the service lawfully and respectfully.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant FarClose permission to process and display that content only as needed to operate the service and share it with your chosen partner. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Safety and acceptable use
Do not use FarClose to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or violate another person’s privacy. FarClose is not an emergency, medical, counseling, or crisis service.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, push delivery, weather data, and music links may rely on third-party services. Their availability and separate terms are outside FarClose’s control.
Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account in the app. Because FarClose is built around a shared relationship, deletion also removes the relationship and its shared history. This action cannot be undone.
Service availability
We work to keep FarClose reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve safety, reliability, or compliance.
